Pacific World has been appointed as the official housing bureau for the 18th Wonca World Conference 2007.

Please make your reservation early to avoid any disappointment. Bookings are on first-come-first-serve basis. You may wish to book now by completing the Hotel Reservation form attached and fax it to (65) 6336 2123.

All room rates are in SGD and exclude 10% service tax, prevailing goods and services tax and 1% government cess unless otherwise stated.

Hotel check-in time is 1400hrs and checkout time is 1200hrs. If you expect to arrive earlier than the check-in time and require guaranteed check-in on arrival, please make your hotel reservation for the day before.

Reservation

All room reservations to be paid with credit card and must be guaranteed with a one-night non-refundable deposit.
Reservation requests received without credit card details will not be processed.
Total payment on the full duration of stay including taxes will be charged upon confirmation of the hotel reservation.
You will receive a hotel confirmation of your reservation within 5 working days.
Pacific World Singapore is the official housing bureau for the 18th Wonca World Conference. “Pacific World Singapore” will be reflected in your credit card statement for the hotel payment deduction.

Amendments and Cancellation Policy

All amendments and cancellation of reservations must be made in writing to the Accommodation Manager before 20 June 2007.
A two-night cancellation charge applies for each room cancelled on or after 20 June 2007.
Full duration of stay will be charged for cancellation on or after 5 July 2007 or for “No Show” when the participant does not check-in on the scheduled check-in date.
